How it actually goes
You do not have to take it apart first. We show up with saws, pry bars and impact drivers, drop the structure, load every piece and rake the spot back level.
Wood goes to disposal, metal goes to a recycler, and the pad or footprint gets cleared so you can seed it, pave it or build something better.
Concrete footings
Most posts pull. Ones set in deep concrete we cut at grade unless you want them dug — tell us which you'd rather have and we will price it that way.

Do I have to take the shed apart first?
No. Demolition is the job — we bring the tools and take it down ourselves.
Can you remove a trampoline?
Yes. We unbolt it, haul the frame to metal recycling and level the spot back out.
Will you pull the concrete footings?
We can pull most post footings. Deep or slab footings we usually cut at grade, and we will tell you which before we start.
Do you tear down decks?
Yes — decking, railings, stairs, framing and posts, hauled in the same visit.
What about the pea gravel or mulch under a playset?
We can rake it out level or haul it, whichever you prefer. Hauling gravel adds weight, so we will quote it separately.
