Hot tub removal in north metro Atlanta

What makes this job awkward

A hot tub weighs several hundred pounds empty and considerably more with a decade of water in the shell and foam. They rarely come out the way they went in — the deck was usually built around it afterwards.

What the job includes

  • ✓Draining the shell completely before anything moves
  • ✓Cutting the shell down on site with saws, not brute force
  • ✓Disconnecting power at the spa panel
  • ✓Carrying every piece out by hand
  • ✓Cleaning the pad and hauling all debris

What this job usually covers

Every job is quoted free and on site — you hear the number standing in front of the pile, before anything moves. Send your list through the booking page and we will come look.

Four steps and it is gone

No estimating apps, no sales visit, no run-around. A straight answer and a truck.

1

Send your list

Tell us what needs to go and where it is sitting. A couple of phone photos gets us closer than any amount of describing.

2

Get a free quote

We look at the actual pile and give you the number before anything moves. You approve it first, and the visit costs nothing either way.

3

We load it

We show up on time and do the carrying, the stairs and the loading. You never touch the heavy end.

4

Swept and hauled

The space gets swept before we pull off. Then the load gets sorted — donation and recycling first, landfill last.

Towns we run this in

Eleven towns across Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett and Dawson counties. No travel surcharge to any of them.

Hot tub removal — questions

Do I need to drain the hot tub first?
It helps a lot and keeps your cost down, but if you cannot get it drained tell us and we will plan for it.
Will you have to take the fence down?
Rarely. We cut the shell down small enough to carry through a standard gate. If access is genuinely impossible we will say so during the estimate, not after.
Can you remove the deck around the tub too?
Yes — decking, steps, skirting and gazebos can all go in the same visit.
How long does hot tub removal take?
Most tubs are two to three hours. A swim spa or a tub inside a built deck can run longer; the estimate accounts for it.
Do you disconnect the electrical?
We disconnect at the tub end. Anything at the breaker panel should be handled by an electrician first.

Point at it. We’ll carry it out.
