How it actually goes
Garages and basements are where thirty years of maybes end up. Boxes nobody has opened, the exercise bike, half a swing set, four cans of old tile grout, the shelving it is all sitting on.
We clear the whole space in one visit, sort donations out as we go, sweep the floor and hand it back to you empty. You point at what stays; everything else leaves.
What we cannot take from a garage
Paint, solvents, motor oil, pool chemicals, propane tanks and pesticides have to go to a county household-hazardous-waste day. We will set them aside and tell you where they go.

How long does a garage cleanout take?
A one-car garage is usually an hour or two. A packed two-car garage or a full basement is a half day, sometimes two truckloads.
Can you take the shelving too?
Yes — wire racks, wood shelves, cabinets and workbenches all go, and we can dismantle them in place.
Do you sort out things I might want to keep?
We work with you. Anything you flag stays, we set aside anything questionable, and you make the call before it goes on the truck.
What about old paint?
We cannot legally haul liquid paint. Latex can be dried out with kitty litter and thrown away; oil-based goes to a hazardous waste event.
Do you sweep up afterward?
Always. The floor gets swept before we pull out of the driveway.
