Demolition, down to bare ground

Mobile homes, detached garages, barns, sheds, decks and interior tear-outs. We bring the machines, take the structure down and haul every piece of it off the property.

  • Licensed & insured
  • Debris hauling included
  • Free on-site quote

Knocking it down is the easy half

The structure comes down in a day. What takes the time is everything after — sorting the metal out of the wood, keeping the debris off the neighbour's grass, and getting every load off the property so you are not left staring at a pile. That part is included here, not quoted as an extra later.

We work across Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett and Dawson counties, on rural lots and tight suburban ones alike.

What the job includes

  • ✓A walkthrough and a written number before a single wall comes down
  • ✓Utility disconnect checks — power, gas and water shut off and verified first
  • ✓Machine work where the site allows, hand demo where it does not
  • ✓Every load of debris hauled out, not left in a pile for someone else
  • ✓Metal, appliances and clean wood pulled out for recycling
  • ✓Site raked flat and swept clean when the structure is gone

Quoted on site, every time

Demolition is the one job we will not price from a phone call. Access, utilities, what the structure is made of and what is underneath it all move the number — so every quote comes from an on-site walkthrough, and it is free.

The walkthrough is free and there is no deposit. A deck over a walkout basement and a deck at ground level are not the same job. We look first, then give you a fixed number in writing before a single wall comes down.

Structures, not just stuff

Mobile & manufactured homes

Single and double wides, including the frame and axles if you want them gone. Common on rural lots out toward Dawsonville and north Forsyth.

Garages & outbuildings

Detached garages, barns, workshops, carports and the shed that has been leaning for three winters.

Decks, porches & fencing

Rotten deck boards, screened porches, pergolas and long runs of failing privacy fence.

Interior tear-outs

Kitchens and bathrooms stripped to the studs, panelling pulled, flooring lifted, walls opened up for the contractor.

Concrete & slabs

Driveways, patios, walkways and old equipment pads broken up and carted off.

Pools & hot tub decks

Above-ground pools and the decking built around them, taken out together in one visit.

Four steps, and you swing nothing

Demolition is quoted on site, always. Here is the whole sequence.

1

Send photos or call

Text a few photos of the structure and the access to it, or call and describe it. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is a one-day job and to book the walkthrough.

2

We walk the site

We check access for the machine, confirm the utilities are dead, and flag anything that needs testing before a wall moves. You get a fixed number in writing. No charge for the visit.

3

We take it down

Machine work where the site allows, hand demo where it does not. Metal, appliances and clean wood get pulled out for recycling as we go.

4

We clear out and rake flat

Every load of debris hauled off, not left in a pile for someone else. Site raked flat and swept before we leave.

Nothing due at the walkthrough. The quote is fixed and in writing before we start, and you settle up when the site is clear — card, tap-to-pay, PayPal, Zelle or cash.

Demolition — questions

Do you handle the permit?
Most demolition in Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett and Dawson counties needs a permit, and the requirements differ by county and by what you are taking down. We tell you exactly which one applies during the walkthrough, and we can pull it for you on most residential jobs. Interior tear-outs that do not touch structure usually need nothing.
Can you take down a mobile home?
Yes — single and double wides are a regular job for us. They come apart faster than a stick-built structure, but they generate a surprising amount of metal and insulation, so plan on a roll-off container on site. Pricing depends on size, access for the machine, and whether the frame and axles are staying or going.
What about asbestos?
We do not touch it, and neither should anyone without an abatement license. Anything built before about 1985 gets tested first — siding, floor tile, popcorn ceilings and pipe wrap are the usual places it turns up. If a test comes back positive we stop, and a licensed abatement crew clears it before we start.
Do you do interior demo only?
Often. Kitchen gutted to the studs, a bathroom stripped, panelling and old flooring pulled, a wall opened up. We do the tear-out and haul the debris, then your contractor walks into a clean space and starts building.
How long does it take?
A deck or an interior room is usually one day. A detached garage is one to two. A mobile home or a barn runs two to four days depending on access and how much the machine can reach. We give you the real number at the walkthrough rather than an optimistic one.
Is the debris included in the price?
Yes. Demolition quotes include hauling every load away and disposal fees. The only things quoted separately are concrete slab removal and stump grinding, because both depend entirely on what is under the surface.
