Heavy material (concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile) is quoted by weight. More than a full trailer? We do multiple trips and price the whole job up front.

What’s a cubic yard?

A cubic yard is a block of space 3 ft long, 3 ft wide and 3 ft tall. It’s how we measure how much room your junk takes up on the trailer.

Washing machine≈ 1 cubic yard
Recliner≈ 1 cubic yard
6–8 trash bags≈ 1 cubic yard

Our trailer holds about 12 cubic yards — roughly twelve washing machines. So a “quarter load” is about three appliance-sized items’ worth of space.

Why junk removal costs what it does

It’s more than throwing stuff in a trailer. Here’s what goes into the all-in price.

Dump & disposal feesCharged by the ton

Landfills and transfer stations bill by weight, plus a minimum per visit. A loaded trailer can cost $100–$300 to tip on its own.

FuelRound trip, loaded

Out to you, over to the dump or recycler, and back — towing a trailer that weighs as much as the truck.

Two-person crewAll labor included

The carrying, the stairs, the disassembly and the loading. You don’t lift a thing.

InsuranceLicensed & insured

Liability coverage protects your home, driveway and floors while we work.

Truck & trailerCommercial grade

The truck, the dump trailer, dollies, straps and tools — bought, maintained and replaced.

Running a local businessOverhead

Scheduling, answering the phone on a Sunday, taxes and keeping a reliable crew year-round.

The dump fee reality. Most people don’t realise what it costs just to get rid of junk. Georgia landfills and transfer stations charge by weight, and a trailer of mixed household junk can weigh one to three tons. With us, disposal is already baked into the price — no surprise charge at the end.

Commercial, construction and repeat work

Bigger or ongoing jobs get a direct quote instead of the residential sizes, so you are not paying trailer-load rates for a warehouse.

01

Commercial accounts

Offices, retail, restaurants and warehouses. Quoted per job or as a standing schedule, with after-hours work so you never have to close for it.

02

Contractors & builders

Debris pulled repeatedly across the length of a build instead of one giant end-of-job pile. Priced by the haul and scheduled around your trades.

03

Property managers & realtors

Turnovers, evictions and pre-listing clear-outs across multiple properties. Ask about repeat-client rates and priority scheduling.

Straight answers

Is the quote really free?
Yes, always, and there is no obligation to book. The fixed price is always set on site, free, before anything moves. If you want a rough idea first, text a photo or two and we will send back a range.
Are the prices on this page final?
They are ranges. Where you land inside a range depends on how full the trailer gets and how heavy the load is. You get one fixed number on site, before anything moves.
Can the price go up once you arrive?
Only if what is there is bigger than what was described — and in that case we tell you the new number and wait for your yes before anything moves. We never revise a price after the work is done.
Do you charge extra for stairs or a long carry?
No. Stairs, basements, back yards, disassembly and awkward doorways are part of the job, not a line item.
What if I have more than a full trailer?
We do multiple trips. Tell us the whole scope up front and we will price the full clear-out, so you know the total rather than the cost of the first load.
Why is heavy material priced differently?
Dumps charge by weight. A trailer of concrete or shingles can weigh several times more than a trailer of furniture, so those loads get their own quote.
