How junk removal actually works

Four steps, no surprises, and you never lift a thing. You tell us what you have, we quote it standing in front of it, and we haul it off.

  • You do no lifting
  • Price at the door
  • Swept before we go

The same five things, every job

What happens, in order

No part of this requires you to own a truck, find a dump, or lift one end of anything.

STEP 01

Send your list

Tick off what you have on the booking page, or call and describe it. Items, where they are sitting, address. Two minutes.

STEP 02

Get a free quote

We look at the real pile and give you the price on the spot. No deposit, no trip charge, and the visit costs nothing if you pass.

STEP 03

We load it

You point, we carry — stairs, crawlspace, side gate. Anything too big for a door gets taken apart where it stands.

STEP 04

Swept and hauled

We sweep the space, then sort the load: donation, scrap, recycling, landfill last. Pay when the job is done.

What we need from you

Very little, and none of it is lifting.

  • ✓An honest description up front. Under-describing a job does not make it cheaper. It just makes the day go badly for both of us.
  • ✓Anything you are keeping, set aside or pointed at. On a cleanout we would rather ask twice than throw out something that mattered.
  • ✓A heads-up on anything unusual. Bed bugs, a gas appliance, something enormously heavy, a building that needs the elevator reserved. None of it stops the job. All of it changes what we bring.
  • ✓Chemicals kept separate. Paint, fuel, propane and pesticides cannot go on the truck. We will tell you where they go instead.

When we work

Mon–Sat, 8a–6p

Sunday 1p–5p. Same-day is often possible if you call in the morning and the truck is not already committed. Next-day is almost always available.

Across eleven towns

Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett and Dawson counties. No travel surcharge to any of them, and no minimum distance.

Commercial, off-hours

An occupied office is a slow site, so we will work evenings and weekends. Book those a little further ahead so we can hold a crew.

How it works, answered

Why not just quote me over the phone?
Because a number given down the phone is a guess, and guesses move on the day. We would rather look at the pile, tell you the real figure, and have it be the figure. If it does not suit you at that point, we leave and it has cost you nothing.
Do I need to be there while you work?
Only if we need to come inside, or if there are decisions to make about what stays. For items in a driveway, carport or unlocked garage we can do the whole thing without you and send a photo when it is clear. On a cleanout where you are sorting as we go, somebody should be reachable even if they are not standing in the room.
How many people show up?
Whatever the job needs, which is why we ask where the items are sitting. Getting that wrong wastes your morning as much as ours.
What if there is more than you expected when you arrive?
You hear the revised number at the door, before anything moves. It happens — a garage always holds more than it looks like from the driveway. What will not happen is finding out on an invoice after the truck has gone.
How long does a job take?
A single item is usually under half an hour. A packed single-car garage is a couple of hours. A full two-car garage or a whole-house cleanout can be most of a day. You get a realistic estimate at the same time as the price.
Can you come the same day?
Often, if you call in the morning and the truck is not already committed. Next-day is almost always available. Large cleanouts and demolition are easier to book a few days out because they take most of a crew day.

That is the whole process.

Send us your list or call and describe it. Either way you get a real number before anybody starts lifting.
