How it actually goes
Furniture is the single most common thing we haul. Sectionals that will not fit down the stairs, dining sets replaced after twenty years, a recliner that finally gave out, bedroom sets left behind by a tenant — we take all of it, from one piece to a full house.
You do not have to move anything to the curb. We come in, wrap the corners if needed, take it apart when it will not fit through the door, and carry it out ourselves.
Stairs and tight doorways are free
Second-floor apartments, basement stairs, spiral staircases, doorways an inch too narrow — none of it changes your price. If a piece has to come apart to get out, we take it apart.

How much does furniture removal cost?
It comes down to how much space the pieces take in the truck. A single couch is a small job; a full living room plus bedrooms is a bigger one. You get an exact number before we touch anything, and nothing is due to book.
Will you take furniture down from a second floor?
Yes, and there is no stair charge. Apartments, townhomes, walk-up condos and basements are all normal for us.
Can you donate my furniture instead of dumping it?
That is our first choice. Anything clean and usable goes to local donation partners — we only landfill what nobody can take.
Do you remove furniture from apartments and rentals?
Constantly. Tenant leftovers, turnover clear-outs and single pieces from occupied units are all routine.
Can you take a piano?
Yes. Uprights and consoles come out on a piano dolly. Grands we quote after a photo, but we have not lost one yet.
